5 oz goat cheese
1 teaspoon fresh basil, diced
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, diced
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
18 medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
18 thin slices of proscuitto
In a bowl, blend the cheese, herbs and garlic together. Wrap one teaspoon of the
mixture and one shrimp tightly with each piece of proscuitto. Use toothpicks to
keep together.
