Other Recipes   Sesame Sweet and Sour Salmon   Home

 

sauce:
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 oz minced ginger
1 1/2 oz soy sauce
2 oz honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 oz finely chopped cilantro

salmon:
1 oz sesame oil
8 6 oz. salmon filets
1 1/2 oz finely chopped green onions


Mix all sauce ingredients and warm to a simmer. Coat large pan with sesame oil, and saute salmon to rare. Plate and top with sauce, and garnish with green onion.
