Bridlewood is a lushly landscaped, mission-style wine estate with a great view of the surrounding area. Bridlewood makes a variety of wines including Syrah, Mourvedre (a varietal common in Santa Barbara County), Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Arabesque (their proprietary Rhone-style blend). Among their noteworthy wines, their 1999 Syrah earned a 89 from Wine Enthusiast, while their 1998 Syrahs were given 90s from both Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator.
