** Lunch Choices ** Lunch to accompany our Temecula wine tasting will be cooked fresh at one of the best Temecula wineries, Falkner Winery. Select from among the choices below (I'll order choice #3 for those I don't hear from): #1 Chardonnay Scampi Roma – Tiger shrimp that is a great partner for Temecula wine tasting, sauteed with tomatoes and garlic, deglazed with white wine, finished with basil and other fresh herbs, and served over gemelli pasta. #2 Amante Steak Sandwich – To be enjoyed at one of the Temecula wineries, marinated steak sauteed in wine, served on roasted garlic herb bread with Gorgonzola cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and roasted chili mayonnaise, accompanied by a side of fusilli pasta salad. #3 Falkner Vineyard-Style Chicken Sandwich – Roasted chicken, Swiss cheese, lettuce, fresh tomato, onion and French seeded mustard (despite visiting Temecula wineries!) on roasted garlic herb bread, also accompanied by fusilli pasta salad.
