Crab, Cantaloupe and Wasabi Crostini

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi paste

12 oz crabmeat

2 small red peppers, seeds removed

2 oz chopped cilantro

1 oz fresh lemon juice

cantalope cut one inch square and a quarter inch thick

water crackers

Mix all ingredients other than melon and crackers. Put mixture on crackers and top with piece of melon.

Optional: You can use a cookie cutter to trim crostini instead of crackers and melon to same size and shape.

Makes 40-50 pieces.
