Tarragon Shrimp w Prosciutto and Goat Cheese

5 oz goat cheese

1 teaspoon diced basil

1 teaspoon diced tarragon

1 teaspoon diced oregano

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

20 medium shrimp, peeled and cooked

20 thin slices of proscuitto

Mix the goat cheese, herbs and garlic together. Wrap about one teaspoon of this blend and a shrimp with a proscuitto slice. If needed, you can hold them together with toothpicks.

Makes 20 pieces.
