Rosemary Cajun Shrimp

4 oz butter

6 minced garlic cloves

1 oz fresh rosemary, finely chopped

3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

15 oz white wine

2 oz Worcestershire sauce

2 lb large shrimp

French bread

Melt butter in deep pan over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, cayenne, wine and Worcestershire, turn up the heat to high and reduce liquid until it starts to thicken. Add shrimp to simmer until they are just cooked.

Plate and spoon remaining juice over top, serve with slices of bread.
