Sesame Tuna Tarts w Ginger

12 oz tuna

1 oz sesame seeds

1 oz rice wine vinegar

1 oz virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

1/2 oz grated ginger

2 yellow peppers, diced

tartlet shells

3 packages puff pastry, cut into 2-3" squares

optional:

2 oz orange zest

1 oz minced fresh chives

Slice the tuna into 1/2-inch pieces. Marinate tuna in vinegar and olive oil with the sesame seeds, and then drain. Mix with ginger and peppers.

Fill pastry pieces with spoonful of mix and then fold in half diagonally. Seal edges by pressing on them. Heat oven to 400 and bake pastries for 12 minutes until they start to brown. Sprinkle with orange zest and chives.

Makes 40-50 tartlets.
